a free growth program for veteran-owned businesses and nonprofits across the Northeast, led by Marine Corps veteran Austin Camp.
Veterans know how to build. You've run tighter operations, led harder teams, and solved bigger problems than most businesses ever face — but somewhere along the way, marketing got left off the plan. It's not a lack of drive. It's a lack of a clear strategy, and nobody ever handed you one.
Operation Ignite closes that gap: a free growth program built for veteran-owned businesses and veteran-led or veteran-serving nonprofits across the Northeast.
Veteran-owned businesses make up roughly 5.7% of all U.S. employer firms — a strong foundation that deserves the same marketing clarity as any other business.

Austin Camp served in the United States Marine Corps, deploying in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Over the course of his service, he led more than 100 combat missions — work that demanded a clear plan, a tight timeline, and zero room for guesswork.
After leaving the service, he spent 19 years running marketing and operations for a network of law firms, learning how to build systems that hold up under pressure and scale with growth. He co-founded CAGnite to bring that same discipline to marketing — a field where most small businesses and nonprofits are left to figure it out on their own.
Operation Ignite is Austin putting that experience to work for people who've earned a real plan, not a sales pitch.
"Every mission gets an after-action report — what worked, what didn't, what we'd do differently. Most businesses never get that for their marketing. Operation Ignite is our after-action review for the people who've earned one."
— Austin Camp, Co-Founder, CAGnite
